Hsinchu, Taiwan – ACE Biotek and Proscend officially signed an MOU on June 12, 2023. Mr. Steve Hsu, Chairman of ACE Biotek, and Mr. Jim Chen, Chairman of Proscend, attended the signing ceremony. The collaboration aims to strengthen cooperation in 5G private networks, AIoT, AI, and DS gateways for smart internet and smart hospitals, to create mutual value.
Both companies will collaborate on integrating solutions for the application of 5G and AIoT in smart IoT and smart hospital environments. Proscend brings its expertise to 5G and Edge AI technologies, while ACE Biotek contributes its knowledge in AI, Uniiform, DS gateways, and other hardware and software applications.
