12/1 筑波醫電與新光吳火獅紀念醫院締結MOU-參與台灣醫療科技展展示智慧醫院成果

筑波醫電營運長許棟材、智慧醫院方案(Spark、Uniiform、VOTEM)

筑波醫電日前與新光吳火獅紀念醫院簽署合作備忘錄，針對太赫茲(THz)技術生醫臨床應用、AI智慧醫療整合方案進行合作，打造智慧醫院及個人精準醫療。Spark智慧麻醉紀錄系統、Uniiform智慧手寫輔助系統、VOTEM愛多芬生理監視器、DS智慧上傳閘道器等導入相關科別，獲得新光醫院邀請於12月1日至4日在「台灣醫療科技展Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan」展示院內使用成果。

傳統的手術紀錄大多為人工書寫，護理人員需照護病患並定時抄寫儀器資料，易造成疏失。面對複雜的手術環境，精準掌握病患生理狀況、並提升病患照護為重要課題，Spark的特色為以數位麻醉資訊系統(iPad平板)來取代紙張，可結合手寫筆(Apple Pencil)完成資訊輸入，透過微小化的Gateway(DS-100A)，定時接收多端醫療設備(如生理監視器、麻醉機)資料，即時記錄麻醉事件和內容，將手術麻醉過程資訊數位化，讓醫護人員更專注病人的照護。Uniiform則適合需大量手繪圖的醫師使用，不改變使用者的書寫習慣，將病歷電子數位化保存。

此外，VOTEM能即時且正確記錄並顯示病患生理訊號，筑波醫電提供整合方案Total solution，串接Uiiform、DS及中央監控站、呼吸器等，可以將病患生理資料自動接收上傳，結合數位護理表單，將病患資訊與儀器資料自動帶入，簡化照護病患流程。

筑波醫電智慧醫療方案已導入新光醫院放療中心、護理病房等，透過雙方MOU的締結基礎，以太赫茲(THz)技術及AI人工智慧應用，拓展智慧醫療資訊系統整合及相關研究計畫，打造AI人工智慧建模應用、提升醫護與病患醫療品質、智慧醫院，期望將筑波醫電方案落地新光醫院，造福病患就醫品質及回饋社會大眾。

Shin Kong Wu Ho-Su Memorial Hospital (SKH) and ACE Biotek build the MOU relationship on Terahertz biomedicine, AI, and system integration application. To achieve the innovative hospital and precision medicine, SKH implemented the Spark anesthesia recording system, Uniiform digital handwriting system, VOTEM patient monitor, and data stream gateway (DS-100A). ACE Biotek is honored to join “The 2022/12/1-12/4 Taiwan Healthcare Expo” to display user performance.

Generally, most of the surgery record is in handwriting. The medical staffs need to write down the physiological data from machines periodically. Under this circumstance, the vitally important issue is preventing human error and enhancing patient care. Spark system digitizes the anesthesia records form and reveals it on the iPad. The staff can make the confirmation and signature by Apple Pencil. Through DS-100A, Spark can periodically receive data from multiple machines, such as patient monitors and anesthesia machines. Moreover, it can record the anesthesia situation instantly and digitize the information. This way, it can help the medical staff put their total effort into patient care. Uniiform is suitable for physicians who need lots of handwriting. It doesn’t change user behavior and can digitize medical records.

In addition, VOTEM can record and accurately display the patient’s physiological signals in real time. ACE Biotek provides the total solution that integrates Uniiform, DS, central monitoring station, respirator, etc. The design can receive and upload patients’ physiological data automatically. Combined with the digital nursing form, it can import patient information and medical equipment data to simplify the patient care process.

The radiotherapy center and nursing wards of SKH have used ACE Biotek’s innovative medical solutions. The MOU marks a significant milestone for the two parties, mainly focusing on the Terahertz technology application, AI artificial intelligence, to expand the intelligent medical information systems integration and conduct research projects. To reach high-quality healthcare and contribute to society, ACE Biotek will use AI modeling and develop more intelligent hospital solutions in SKH.
